I have a bit of confusion about this term.

In the past, I have come across either the Ramus intermedius (Intermediate artery) or the Ramus marginalis (left marginal branch/artery).

But in my current document I have "Ramus intermedius marginalis".

It gives its segment number as 12.

Is this a typo, or are they referring to something specific here...?

Hauptstamm nicht in zwei (Bifurkation) sondern drei
Koronararterien auf. In diesen Fällen entspringt ein
Ramus intermedius in der Teilung zwischen RIVA und
RCX. Der Ramus intermedius kann vom Verlauf und
Versorgungsgebiet einem Diagonalast des RIVA oder
einem Marginalast des RCX entsprechen
