tricuspid valve cover
Explanation:
Two sources which relate to the context (VSD) and may as well provide an explanation of the underlying pathology:

"In defects of the membranous septum, a thin membrane may partially cover the defect and limit the volume of the left-to-right shunt. *Although the membrane is called a ventricular septal aneurysm, it consists of tricuspid valve tissue.*"

The subcostal longitudinal view exhibits a large subaortic defect in the region of the membranous septum. Several septal insertions of the *tricuspid valve cover the defect at this level*...

agree  barbarameyer: 'tricuspid valve (tissue) covering the VSD' would be more explicit, perhaps?

Note to reference poster
Asker: What about the "-deckung"? Not sure it can just be omitted. Most all google hits refer to perforation of one of the tricuspid valve leaflets.

Reference: [the portion --> septal leaflet? of the] tricuspid valve covering the VSD

Reference information:
Anatomically, a membranous VSD is bordered by the membranous portion of the ventricular
septum, the aortic valve, and the tricuspid valve. In some cases, the septal leaflet of the tricuspid valve will cover this defect and form a “windsock” deformity with ventricular systole.

The tricuspid valve extends to cover part of the other ventricle/over the VSD. It is called "overriding" if the insertion of the chordae is in the correct ventricle or on top of the crest of the VSD.
The tricuspid valve extends to cover part of the other ventricle/over the VSD and the chordae attach in the other ventricle as well.
