"...broad, notched P waves in several or many leads with a prominent late negative component to the P wave ...[11] Thus, P-sinistrocardiale may be a more appropriate term..."

left atrial P wave

Explanation:
...

e.g.

In order to assess the left atrial (LA) P wave and to define LAR, the P wave and loop were studied by direct LA pacing in 11 patients undergoing diagnostic transseptal left heartcatheterization. Experimental LAR produced changes in P-wave configuration and polarity.
http://circ.ahajournals.org/content/37/6/1000.full.pdf

In left atrial abnormality left atrial depolarization lasts longer than normal but its amplitude remains unchanged. Therefore, the height of the resultant P wave remains within normal limits but its duration is longer than120 ms. A notch (broken line) near its peak may or may not be present.
http://www.medicine-on-line.com/html/ecg/e0001en_files/11.ht...

Left atrial P wave abnormalities occur in adults (Figure 18-19), and right atrial P wave abnormalities occur in symptomatic infants (Figure 8-20).

A study has been made of serial electrocardiograms of patients with mitral stenosis in sinus rhythm, whose clinical progress was followed for at least four years after mitral valvotomy. The behaviour of the left atrial P wave after operation has been examined with special reference to its relationship to continued clinical progress.

--------------------------------------------------

Interatrial conduction time, defined as the time from the right atrial pacing pulse or intrinsic P to the onset of left atrial P wave, and P wave sensing delay cause a shorter left heart AV interval during atrial pacing-ventricular sensing and atrial sense-ventricular pace. Interventricular conduction time (the time from the right ventricular pacing pulse to the onset of left ventricular depolarization), lengthens left heart AV interval during atrial sensing-ventricular pacing.

P mitrale, bifid P waves, WNPW (wide notched P waves), broad notched P waves

Explanation:
...some more options to choose from ;-)

Bifid P waves (known as P mitrale) indicate left-atrial abnormality - e.g. dilatation or hypertrophy.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/P_wave_(electrocardiography)

P-mitrale: broad, notched P waves in II and AVF (greater than 2.5 millimeters wide or 100 milliseconds duration)
