It's an operative report of an aortic valve replacement with Perimount bovine pericardium through upper partial L sternotomy:

Inspektion des Situs. Es zeigt sich eine schwer insuffiziente Aortenklappe. Dies bedingt durch ein Durchhängen des akoronaren Segels bei maximalem Gewebeüberschuss, auch das linkskoronare Segel ist in den LVOT zurückgewichen. Aus Gründen der Radikalität und des Patientenwunsches Entfernung aller Segel nun Vorlegen eines ***Klappentuchs*** und Einnaht eines 25 mm biologischen Ventils vom Typ Edwards Perimount nach Vorlegen von 12 Teflon armierten Klappen U-Nähten durch den Annulus.

I still do not understand the Klappentuch, even after more research, and watching a fascinating movie about aortic valve replacement.

neutral  uyuni: I doubt it, because in the URLs you cited the *cloth-cover* is part of the historical (and now obsolete) mechanical ball valve and not an additional item used intraoperatively...
