Um den Hämot vermessen zu können, wird er angehalten und durch das Messprogramm,das in die Maschine integriert ist, dann ***abgetastet***. Es gibt nun zwei verschiedene Vorgaben zur Vermessung des linken Ventrikels, was zunächst den Zeitpunkt der Messung betrifft, wie ist die Enddiastole definiert.Nach der sogenannten Penn Convention ist sie definiert als die Spitze der Herzsacke, also auf dieser Ebene und hier markiere ich zunächst das rechtsventrikuläre Endokard, dann das septale Endokard, wobei das septale Endokard nach der Penn Convention noch ausgenommen ist und entsprechend dann auf Seite des Endokards der Posterolateralwand nieder ausgenommen das Endokard,hier, und als nächstes gemessen, das Endokard.


I can't think how to translate 'abgetastet' in this context. Any ideas would be very gratefully received.
