to bid (someone) farewell


Explanation:
"Ladies, I bid you farewell" would be my suggestion.

I think this works better than "Ladies, I take my leave" which doesn't sound natural to my ears. Indeed, I would suggest that one would bid ones company farewell when one takes ones leave...
