A difficult play on words - the context is that the fish has to be processed, packaged or deep frozen when fresh, so a combination of fish and fresh, as in the German, but I can't think of anything

Yes, this was also my first thought.

I have since come up with "Fishing on a star" - the freshness is lost but it's a pun and the product becomes the star of the show, but it was too late for the customer so "The art of fresh fish" it is and the points go to Caro. Many thanks to all
