agree  BrigitteHilgner: Wow! I have a degree in political economy and a background in market research, but so far, I have never come across this term! Probably the invention of the author ...

  -> Thanks! The term is probably new, but the concept not. Case M&S - they would gradually buy the bulk of production (<70%) - then start dictating, e.g. the type of mop to be used to clean the floor!! It`s difficult to say no to such a customer.
