i.e. between businesses, so corporate-speak is OK. "Dedicated contacts" could be ambiguous, oddah?

agree  Peter Linton (X): Excellent solution to a phrase I have had to grapple with several times. Better than 'dedicated' (which suggests a contact dealing with just one customer - 'designated' means a contact may deal with more than one, surely more likely).

dedicated contacts / contact persons

Explanation:
Why do you think that there's an ambiguity involved? In technical terms (electrical contacts)? To avoid this, you may use "contact persons".
