I've been puzzling over this too - the best I can come up with that sounds natural in EN while keeping a hint of the DE is "it's a safe bet that...", but it's far from satisfactory!

I would rephrase it completely, since the German preference for asking (provocative) questions in marketing texts doesn't quite float in English.

The wordplay on Wetten dass... will be totally lost on an English-speaking readership. The German show ran for many, many seasons; the UK and US versions have not imprinted themselves in the national consciousness to anywhere near the same extent.
