In my view a translation of "auch" (in this context and many others) is unnecessary for English readers, since if something is particularly (rather than solely) the case in country X, by implication it is also the case (but to a lesser extent) elsewhere.

There are of course lots of ways in which it might be slightly reworded - e.g. "everyone who realises that the future prospects in South America are particularly promising".

Incidentally, "also" makes no sense anyway unless the text has just stated what countries are being referred to by it. If no specific places have been mentioned, then the meaning is more along the lines of "among other places" - but I doubt if it is necessary to actually state this.

Asker: I know that's what the author wants to say, but I'm having difficulty finding a good way of expressing it in English that sounds natural, especially since this is a marketing text that really should not sound translated if at all possible.

Asker: Well, I specified that it was a marketing text, and that I was looking for a translation into English. But how would you build this into an English sentence. To me, neither "the opportunities of the future lie also and in particular in South America," nor "the opportunities of the future lie in South America, also and in particular" sounds in any way natural, so I'm looking for a way to rephrase it to get the meaning across in a natural way, while also not getting too verbose. Explanation:
To make it sound natural, I would take the liberty of turning the whole thing round. Auch is being used in the meaning "sogar" (even) not "ebenfalls" (also).
Anybody who realises that South Africa is not only able but in fact (very) likely to offer chances for the future will relish the opportunity the fair offers...

I absolutely agree with Armorel above that an "also" construction would be fehl am Platz here, and I find Diana's version just a little prolix. I've aimed to echo the "crescendo effect" from the original.
