agree  Paul Cohen: A plausible solution. Was für ein Kauderwelsch! 'Dialogmaßnahmen' looks like just another way of repackaging an age-old idea. "One-to-one marketing (...) Only the term is new; the approach is almost as old as commerce itself." (from your first ref.)
