I always thought they were exclusively low-, cut-, nice-, discount- or economically priced - or some similar euphemism! But cheap - who buys cheap things? The target audience is likely to be more that of chatterers than telephonerers (sic) and if just concidentally there happens to be a pretty picture of it/them, then "all over" is covered as well. |
