aid, support, assistance
Explanation:

locally-based, domestic

Explanation:
Your context can be read in two ways, imo, especially as the xxx's rather obscure the intended meaning. Is the target company the "Domestik", then, when it is established in x country, or is a different (host) company the "Domestik", who is available to act as a surrogate headquarters, or something along those lines? If the former is the case, then

locally-based, or really just "domestic", or domestically-based/-registered company, (which doesn't officially exist but could just be lifted from English and Germanicized)

might be appropriate. If the latter is the case, then the terms already suggested might fit.

Clarification: the definition of "Domestik" as English "domestic" as in the meaning of local, in-country, etc., doesn't exist, as far as I could determine, but could just be a borrowing, as so often happens in BusinessSpeak

agree  Ken Cox: could be ('domestic' as a short form of 'domestic base') -- as you say, just about anything's possible in business jargon

Explanation:
I don't have a clear idea what is involved here, but this is vague enough to be safe for most contexts. Domestic is usually used to mean internal to one country, and I'm not sure that fits here.
