Bus/Financial - Manufacturing / Logistics
German term or phrase: Kapazitätsvorhalt
This comes from a logistics specifications document (Logistiklastenheft) for a transmission manufacturing company.

The capacity early warning system calculates the average workload from the sum of the global order quantity for the [company] plant and their subsidiary companies and the agreed-upon [Kapazitätsvorhalt] of the supplier.

Just as a note, my first guess was "capacity reserve", but "Kapazitätsreserve" appears elsewhere. "Firma"/"company" refers to the company that wrote this document.
