phase-related release mechanism Explanation: "phase wise" should be spelled phase-wise. That is also a correct translation. I myself would have used phase-related. There is a nuance: phase-wise means the whole phase is released - when? Each and every time, or occasionally? Phase-related release means that there is a criterion for releasing the phase and not every phase may be released. This is what I think is meant. |
