"Maßnahmen zur Ergebnissicherung ausarbeiten und in Abstimmung mit den Abteilungen entscheidungsreif aufbereiten und dem Management vorstellen / präsentieren."

I'm thinking along the lines of "developing them to the decision-making stage" but am really not sure about this.

"decision-ready" is not the most common English expression but is known and used in management circles (Google esp. "decision-ready information"; what you have is not exactly the same, but it's only a small stretch away). I like your choice of "develop" over "prepare," btw.
