I'd appreciate your ideas on the meaning of "in das Unternehmen tragen"

In einer seiner Thesen geht er auf Manager ein und beschreibt, wie wichtig es ist das Manager mit einer positiven Einstellung und einer Vision nicht nur voran gehen, sondern diese auch kommunizieren und in das Unternehmen tragen.

Seiner Meinung nach ist Motivation der Schlüssel innovativen Denkens, gerade in Krisenzeiten, und somit auch der Nährboden für Kreativität. In einer seiner Thesen geht er auf Manager ein und beschreibt, wie wichtig es ist das Manager mit einer positiven Einstellung und einer Vision nicht nur voran gehen, sondern diese auch kommunizieren und in das Unternehmen tragen. Wenn den Mitarbeitern dann noch genügend und individuell gestaltete Freiräume eingeräumt werden, steht dem „Entkorken des Flaschengeistes“, also der Innovationskraft und dem Engagement der Mitarbeiter, nichts mehr im Wege.
