This is one of the final sections in this management training programme. The previous chapter was all about asking questions as to how well the manager dealt with problems, were the individuals motivated, what else could one have done to improve, etc. THEN ... we get to this next section!!! I know that Kesselwerke means boiler factories, so I wonder if they mean something ambiguous, e.g. tasks for dealing with potential explosive situations, or something like that?!? This word has NOT appeared anywhere else before this. Full context:
