I wouldn't rely on the translation which Kim gives below, which he presumably found on the "refubium" website, which I don't have time to check. I've spotted at least two errors in this translation: 1. "rapid administrated" is very poor English. It should be "rapidly administered". 2. "perioperative" is wrong. It should be "preoperative" or "pre-operative". Again, I don't have time to check whether or not to use a hyphen here. I suspect that if I were to check the rest of the translation carefully, I would find additional errors.

Ziel war es, Auswirkungen auf die Entwicklung des Flüssigkeits-, Elektrolyt- und Säure-Basen-Haushalts einer präoperativen Sturzinfusion mit hypertoner Kochsalzlösung mit einer präoperativ beginnenden Dauertropfinfusion mit isotoner Kochsalzlösung bei Kühen mit linksseitiger Labmagenverlagerung (LMVL) zu vergleichen und den Einfluss auf die klinische Rekonvaleszenz zu untersuchen.
The goal of the study was to compare the effects of a rapid administrated preoperative infusion with hypertonic saline solution (HSS) on the development of fluid, electrolyte and acid-base balance with use of a perioperative starting long-term intravenous drip with isotonic saline solution (ISS) in cows with a left displaced abomasum (LAD) and to analyse the influence on the clinical convalescence.
