confused... Explanation: Kim, you're right, this is a plonker of a sentence. I'm confused by the 'haben'. haben was? haben im Ergebnis was? sum'in's missing and I dunno was! "The Supreme Social Insurance Tribunal has decided that all nursing/care services sanctioned by the healthcare insurance [company/organization] through a service agreement....regardless of their acceptance/inclusion in the demand planning in accordance with § xxx LPflegeHG...provided Rheinland-Pfalz has made the necessary budgetary funds available." I guess I didn't really help but, heck, it's been a long day. |

...are in fact independent of their registration with the Requirements plan according to.... Explanation: im Ergebnis=at the bottom line, in the end, at the end of the day, HERE I suggest 'in fact' I agree with Marcus that the grammar devil is loose here. 'haben', must be something else, either 'sind'+something Norstedts+Duden-Oxford+MW |

ultimately independent of Explanation: What a sentence, Kim! I would suggest this term. I am pretty sure that this is what's meant. As to the rest ...: I tried to come up with something (although I'm not sure about some terms), maybe, at least, some of this is helpful to you: "... that any nursing care services authorized by the nursing care agency in a nursing care agreement shall be ultimately independent of their acceptance into the requirement plan pursuant to Section XXX LPflegeHG, provided the State of Rheinland Pfalz provides corresponding appropriations." Good luck! Beate professional experience |

additional comment: Explanation: Kim, I assumed that the word "haben" was an error and you meant to type "sind". If "haben" was correct, then something is missing after the citation of the code section. |
