theory of speech acts
Explanation:
As the field is specifically given as 'linguistics', I feel the other two suggestions so far don't quite fit the bill. If 'Laletik' is translated as 'Lehre vom Sprechen', and 'Lehre' is taken to mean 'theory', we certainly arrive in more linguistic terrain:

I can't yet, however, track down anything remotely corresponding to 'Laletik', which doesn't mean there isn't some term. The closest I get is 'lallation', which in phonetics is used to indicate a speech defect arising from pronouncing 'r' as 'l'; the word is considered to derive from Latin 'lallare' = to sing lullaby (Collins Dictionary).

I have just noticed franglish\'s advice and at these sites the meaning is given as \'Sprechkunde\', which is a different kettle of fish altogether!- going in fact in the direction of Inese\'s \'elocution\', which is Sprechtechnik,/-schulung,/-erziehung, Redekunst.

agree  franglish: It seems that there is no translation of the word, only circumscriptions. I found my definition in Google but am not altogether happy with it because it ignores the essential and unavoidable use of the tongue
