(...) Zudem erfolgte eine Körperschaftssteuerreform i. S. des "doppelten Halbsatzverfahrens" sowie der Ersatz der **Schachtelbefreiung** durch eine allgemeine Beteiligungsertragsbefreiung."

agree  RobinB: Though to be honest, I think that "group investment income relief" would be sufficient for tax purposes.//"tax purposes"??? Brain switched off. Should have been "for *translation* purposes.
