OK: either B would normally handle processing and A\'s handling of the processing would amount to a taxable benefit for B; or A would normally handle processing, but because it\'s on B\'s site or for B\'s employees this would constitute a tax benefit for B.
I would try \'in such a way [or: and make sure] that a taxable benefit for B does not arise\'
But I\'d wait for some more answers first...
(I\'m assuming that \'das\' should read \'dass\'?)
