Gerichtskommissär -> Judicial Trustee (acting as quasi-Testamentary Executor) Explanation: Only 1 R in Gericht. A Notary Public in Au can be appointed a GK to draw up an inventory of the deceased's estate AND trace the beneficiaries. The Austrians don't trust or usually appoint lay testamentary executors in Wills, but leave it to the court -acting through a GK/ Notary etc. - to wind up the estate.
