Explanation:
It could be order book if it is referring to a specific investigation here and the order book of the company or organisation being investigated forms part of the evidence.

Otherwise I think case files may work nicely here. There is a file opened for each Auftrag or case or matter that comes in, and all these are included in a case book or folder, called a case book or case folder.
