Was steht denn in Kapitel 4.11???
Da wird doch diese spezifische Zweifelsregel definiert sein.
Also im deutschsprachigen Raum bezieht sich der Begriff meist auf Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch (BGB), § 427 Gemeinschaftliche vertragliche Verpflichtung:
"Verpflichten sich mehrere durch Vertrag gemeinschaftlich zu einer teilbaren Leistung, so haften sie im Zweifel als Gesamtschuldner."
ABER wenn hier schon steht gemäß Kapitel 4.11, dann steht das da wohl.

Sonst würde ich halt ein bisschen umformulieren.
