The above term is stated in a judgment dealing with the fiscal treatment of a German resident in the USA who used to work in Germany:

"Maßgebend ist auch nicht, dass der frührere Arbeitgeber die Pensionszahlungen leistet. Diese können auch von einem Dritten erfolgen, sofern sie **Ausfluss** eines früheren Mitarbeiterverhältnisses sind."
