2 +1 | excise duty certificate [excise tax certificate] |

excise duty certificate [excise tax certificate] Explanation: Take this as nothing more than an educated guess. I've never heard of a fiskalische Konzessionskarte (no Google hits) and the few hits Konzessionskarte got are not relevant in this context. However, Konzessionsabgabe is excise duty, excise tax as per Woywode, Accounting and Tax Dico, so "excise duty card [certificate]" or "excise tax card [certificate]" may well work as a translation. The translation of fiskalisch is redundant with any of these two options. Btw: 16 Google hits for excise duty certificate and also quite a few for excise tax certificate. |
