having problems finding anything on "Zumeldung" and "zumelden" in conjungtion with the capital ratio according to the German Banking Act (Grundsatz I). Any idea how to render this? Thanks in advance.

2 Zumeldungsprozess
Die Zumeldung des nachgeordneten Unternehmens hat bis spätestens fünf Arbeitstage vor Monatsende des auf den Meldestichtag folgenden Monats zu erfol¬gen.

Im Rahmen des Zumeldungsprozesses unterscheidet die Bank drei Kategorien von nachgeordneten Unternehmen:
1. Institute
Diese sind mit den Anforderungen des aufsichtsrechtlichen Meldeprozesses vertraut und müssen aus die¬sem Grund nicht gesondert geschult werden. Der Umfang ihrer Zumeldung richtet sich nach den meldere¬le¬vanten Geschäften, die das Institut abschließt.
2. “kleine Tochtergesellschaften“
Basis ist auch hier die Bilanz der jeweiligen Tochtergesellschaft, jedoch wird monatlich eine Grundsatz-I-Meldung erstellt und an den Fachbereich Meldewesen gesandt.
