payments made excluding the reimbursement of nominal capital Explanation: I'm not certain I like "reimbursement" in this context, because contributions to nominal capital made through the purchase of shares are not normally reimbursed as if they were an expense, or repaid as if they were a loan. The Umwandlung von Rücklagen is not a common scenario. But I can't think of a better word than reimbursement at the moment. |
