tax deferment Explanation: the difference between book value and market value. Market value (the premium accorded to an entity) is (almost) always higher than book value. You pay taxes on book value at one place and taxes on the difference at another (here it's the inländische Besteuerung) That's how I read it, but no guarantees!! |
