Are you sure Johanna? Your link doesn't mention "Kostenbetrag" but only "Betrag" and in that reference it means the claim. I think the "Kosten" here means costs in the traditional sense, i.e. legal expenses, court fees etc., but not the principal claim (and that makes sense because of the 400K and 20K stated above the 110%).

Der „vollstreckbare Kostenbetrag“ ist die Hauptforderung plus Zinsen, Anwalts- und Gerichtskosten. Die 10% dienen dem Schutz des Gläubigers vor weiteren Schäden, die durch den Vollstreckungsaufschub entstehen könnten.

The security deposit to be made in order to ensure preliminary enforceability of the judgment shall amount to 110% of the respective enforceable costs, i.e. of the different enforceable costs incurred in each case. Maybe this refers to the other two amounts mentioned above, something unrelated to the context, an X-adjusted version of the two amounts (without me knowing what that X-factor could be), or to court costs, which are often just referred to as "Kosten"/"costs".
