Klägervortrag

English translation: Claimant's speech

German term or phrase: Klägervortrag
"Aus dem neuerlichen Klägervortrag geht eindrücklich hervor"

This is part of a long translation job of random strings, so sadly I can't provide any more context. I don't usually do anything legal as I have no experience/specialist skill in the area but it just popped up in the job.

My best guess is: "From the recent plaintiff's presentation it is impressively clear"

Can anyone with legal experience tell me if 'plaintiff's presentation' is likely to be correct?

As regards my answer, Adrian, Chris and AllegroTrans are right,
'oral submission' sounds much better than 'speech'.

plaintiff's statement

Explanation:
Compare with this:
"Bolstering this conclusion is plaintiff's recent statement in his opposition that “[a]t the conclusion of the trial, before the jury deliberates, [he] will make an election as to which theory will be presented to the jury.” (Plaintiff's Opposition to Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings, June 3, 2013 [ECF No. 96] at 2.)" https://casetext.com/case/mcnamara-v-picken-4

plaintiff's brief

Explanation:
"Brief" im Sinne von Sachdarstellung; oder "pleader" im Sinne von Plädoyer; oder "motion" im Sinne von Verfahrensantrag, alle drei Formen müssen von einem Anwalt dem Gericht vorgelegt werden.

"Plaintiff's latest brief makes it abundantly clear....that" etc
In the absence of more detail, I'd go with "brief"

plaintiff's submission(s) (or argument(s))

Explanation:
1. "plaintiff" is probably the safest for "Kläger", given the lack of context
2. Vortrag suggests arguments presented to the court, during a hearing, in support of his/her claim, rather than the pre-hearing statement of claim/pleading/Klageschrift.
