Thank you, you’ve all been very helpful indeed!
While I was tempted to just leave the "JuBeG" as an "Eigenname", as I see others have done (thank you, Kim!), I thought there might be an appropriate translation out there somewhere, to aid the English-speaking readers the text is intended for. My search engines couldn’t turn it up, but yours did! Thanks, Susanne, your link gave me a (mostly) acceptable version. I thank you "Proz" for your time and efforts on my (readers’) behalf!

pursuant to the 1st (Au.) Euro Change-Over (Amounts Trade Registered at Court) Act

Explanation:
What you're translating could be an Au. 'company search'.

Unlike Ireland/The Rep. of Eire, the UK not seem to have a spec. euro-conversion law.

All euro-denominated contracts and co. share capitals were automatically converted on switch to the euro and were not 'nullified' - though there was some debate whether this could indeed be the case. That's why I reckon there was no specific piece of - public - UK legislation to regularise the - private - euro-currency amounts situation.

Justiz comes into the Au. equation I believe because the Firmenbuch (De: Handelsregister) is kept at the Bezirksgericht. The UK Companies House left companies' share capital denomiated as originally was the currency.

IR -> '... 16/2001: - EURO CHANGEOVER (AMOUNTS) ACT, 2001 EXPLANATORY ... 28/2001: - COMPANY LAW ENFORCEMENT ACT, 2001 No. ... MINISTERIAL, PARLIAMENTARY AND JUDICIAL OFFICES AND ...'

Au -> 'Das 1. *Euro-Justiz-Begleitgesetz* BGBl I 1998/125 (im Folgenden 1.
