I've checked elsewhere in the text and couldn't find anything that AGg. might be and couldn't find anything suitable on Google - any ideas?

Just from the context, I don't think it would be the AGG (law on equal treatment). It seems to refer to the Bekl. (Beklagte - defendant) or the AGg. I suspect "Auftragsgegner" here i.e. respondent.
