Fälschlicherweise wird auch in Randziffer 877 des Schiedsspruches unterstellt, es wäre unzureichend Beweise für TPSA aus Investitionen beigebracht worden, obwohl diese sehr wohl im Akt gewesen wären und sich mit den Argumenten von TPSA zur Auslegung des NSL
Vertrages nicht auseinandersetze.
