This is in a ruling from a German court. The court describes events (such as hearing evidence and describing expert opinions that were given) and then makes reference to a page number in "AS" where this can be found.

There is really no other relevant context than that.

The only abbreviation of AS I can come up with in this context is Aktenseite. Which means that the sentences quoted are refering to for example 'the record of the oral proceedings held on 14.08.2008 (page 332 ff. in the file)'
