Law/Patents - Law (general) / Freezing Injunction
German term or phrase: allgemeine Umschreibung
I take it "Umschreibung" here means transfer, and hence the above means "general transfer" but am struggling to understand what this actually involves. Can anyone help please?

general provisions
Explanation:
I think this refers back to the general description provided in the legal document governing the case at hand. These would more often be titled "general provisions" in a text of law. (Here the "general provisions" suffice with regard to "unspecified assets").

Allgemeine Umschreibung
general specification

Explanation:
It’s NOT transfer, they talk about the degree of detail. “Umschreibung”, as in “Beschreibung”.

agree  Alexander Schleber (X): Umschreibung refers back to the provisions of the "bundesgerichtlichen Rechtsprechung ". "general descirption" or "general provisons" might also serve.

-> Thanks Alexander. My first idea was "general description" – don’t know why I went with "specification".

agree  Adrian MM. (X): refers back to a gen. description of the 'unspecifed assets' : not the Rechtsprechung/case law.

Allgemeine Umschreibung
general description

Explanation:
I prefer "description" over "specification" for "Umschreibung", but perhaps I'm splitting hairs.
