Explanation:
I am having problems with the ProZ and cannot see my initial reply.... but to answer your question: Wiki says: Als Aktivprozess bezeichnet man ein Gerichtsverfahren aus der Perspektive des Klägers. Dieser hat den Prozess initiiert. So in context, my reply as far as I can remember suggests something to this extent.
