agree  RobinB: Yes, basically you're right, i.e. the Kapitalkonto II amounts rank lower than any debt (Fremdkapital) when claims are being settled.

  -> true, "will not have priority" could be added to replace "are not to be categorized", but I didn't see that anywhere in the German sentence...

agree  Axel Seyler (X): These appear to be the capital accounts of the limited partners in a limited partnership. As SusieZ points out, the account balances are "at risk" capital. They are available to creditors. They do not constitute loans to the partnership.
