Es geht um Datenverarbeitung durch einen Dritten, geregelt in § 11 BDSG.
Dafür müsste es eigentlich einen eingeführten Begriff geben. In Leo und Kudoz habe ich nichts gefunden.

Es gibt eine halboffizielle Übs des Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes, dort wird es commissioned processing of data bzw. wie oben genannt. Die meisten anderen Veröffentlichungen haben dies übernommen. Der engl-deu Text ist z.B. hier zu finden:

"order data processing" ist zumindest zweideutig, da hiermit meist wohl die computergestützt Erfassung/Verarbeitung von Bestellungen gemeint ist, deswegen die vielen Hits bei google.
