German term or phrase: Außervollzugsetzung
Hi,
please I need some help in the translation of this term.

The whole sentence is:

Nach alledem is davon asuzugehen, daß er sich ohne Anordnung der Untersuchungshaft und/oder in Fall der Außervollzugsetzung des Haftbefehls dem Ermittlungsverfahren/dem Strafverfahren durch Flucht entziehen wird.

Thanks

Clara

suspension of execution
Explanation:
I'm not really sure but this may correspond to Aussetzung des Vollzugs des Haftbefehls (i.e. the warrant of arrest is not executed but suspended, although it still exists).

Explanation:
I think this is the proper word for the sentence you gave. Cancellation of the arrest warrant. The guy isn't subject to arrest anymore.

The word literally means "suspension of enforcement ...", but I don't think that level of detail is necessary here.

Or just "suspension".
