I'm having trouble understanding the second part of this sentence:

Das Vorbringen der beklagten Partei wird bestritten, *sofern nicht im Folgenden Außerstreitstellungen erfolgen:*

This sentence is followed by the plaintiff's statement of his case against the defendant.

I found these definitions of Außerstreitstellung: admissions, circumstances external to the dispute, the matters agreed on between the parties but none of them seems to make sense here. Your help is appreciated.

Allgemeine Bestimmungen über den Beweis
und die Beweisaufnahme.
§. 266.

(1) Die von einer Partei behaupteten Thatsachen bedürfen insoweit
keines Beweises, als sie vom Gegner in einem vorbereitenden
Schriftsatze, im Laufe des Rechtsstreites bei einer mündlichen
Verhandlung oder im Protokolle eines beauftragten oder ersuchten
Richters ausdrücklich zugestanden werden. Zur Wirksamkeit eines
gerichtlichen Thatsachengeständnisses ist dessen Annahme seitens des
Gegners nicht erforderlich.
(2) Inwieferne ein solches Geständnis durch demselben von der
Partei beigefügte Zusätze und Einschränkungen aufgehoben oder in
seiner Wirksamkeit beeinträchtigt wird, und welchen Einfluss ein
Widerruf auf die Wirksamkeit des Geständnisses hat, ist vom Gerichte
nach seinem durch sorgfältige Erwägung aller Umstände geleiteten
Ermessen zu beurtheilen.
(3) In gleicher Weise hat das Gericht zu beurtheilen, inwieferne
zufolge eines außergerichtlichen Geständnisses die Nothwendigkeit des
Beweises entfalle.
