I am not sure how to translate *aussergerichtliche Rechtsbehelfe*. I know that 'Rechtsbehelfe' is 'legal remedies' and 'aussergerichtlich' is 'out of cout' or 'extrajudicial', but I did not get any Google hits for 'extrajudicial legal remedies'. Any suggestions?
