Die Art des auszustellenden Geburtsnachweises sollte sich nach dem Verwendungszweck richten. Der Geburtsschein enthält * den Vornamen und Familiennamen des Kindes * den Tag und Ort der Geburt Die Geburtsurkunde und die Abstammungsurkunde enthalten * die Vornamen, den Familiennamen und das Geschlecht des Kindes * den Tag und Ort der Geburt * die Namen der Eltern, wobei in der Abstammungsurkunde bei einer Annahme als Kind auch die Namen der leiblichen Eltern erscheinen. Des Weiteren erscheinen die Religionszugehörigkeit und der Wohnort der Eltern. i.e. Abstammungsurkunde also contains the names of an adopted child's biological/birth parents ergo: Leave the German term (italicized, of course) and, in brackets or parens, add: *German birth certificate which includes the parents' names, religion, and address, as well as names of an adopted childs' biological/birth parents* ... sth along those lines |
