German term or phrase: 100% Gutschrift für Überstunden
This is listed in a table of employee benefits. Prior to this it states 'Überstundenvergütung'. It is a contract between a supplier (temp agency) and hirer (company). They're based in Berlin.

Full compensatory time off
Explanation:
If, as Adrian suggested, the Gutschrift is opposed to the Vergütung, I would make that clear. Although, the term Gutschrift is not really that clear, as credited hours might well be paid at a later state. I would get back to the client and ask exactly what is meant by the term.

neutral  Adrian MM. (X): Die geleisteten Überstunden werden zumeist nicht sofort vergütet, sondern auf einem Arbeitszeitkonto angesammelt https://www.anwalt.de/rechtstipps/ueberstundenabbau-trotz-kr... Be proud of your Cornish roots.

-> Someone from Cornwall went to Oxford Uni? That's a turn-up for the gene pool!

neutral  AllegroTrans: The problem is that Gutschrift actually means credit, which frequently simply means time off in lieu

100% credit for overtime worked

Explanation:
I am unsure this is

1. an actual emolument (remuneration) as time may be taken off in lieu to prance and dance around Berlin etc. post-GDR closure of the Linden Korso disco and

2. Überstunden should be contrasted with Mehrstunden as extra hours put in.

neutral  Andrew Bramhall: 'remuneration' can take the form of a 'day in lieu' and is not necessarily financial. If you live in Cornwall, it could even be a day in Looe. Very pleasant!

-> That's odd because Überstunden are not remunerated but credited to an *Arbeitszeitkonto* in Germany https://www.anwalt.de/rechtstipps/ueberstundenabbau-trotz-kr... PS my first UK schoolteacher of German was an Oxbridge Cornishman.
