Tech/Engineering - IT (Information Technology) / DACH area digital rail ticketing documentation
German term or phrase: Nutzdaten
Hi,

Railroad ticketing went mostly digital over here in Central Western Europe a few years ago, even though we still have tickets on paper, too, which have however, usually, been set up and integrated digitally as well.

Please see contextual definition in ### in order to really gain an understanding of the German term from a software documentation perspective.

3.1.
Registry

There are KudoZ questions on the term, but the context does not look all that similar to me. Also, I do not really know what to do with the explanations provided. Basically, they mean next to nothing to me, although they in some cases do come from actual IT translators.

Both US English and Uk English are welcome, with the former being the option of choice.

Best regards,
