What on earth is an Abgreiftool? I've even thought of cheating and just saying tool, but that's not really an option :)

agree  Aniello Scognamiglio (X): ist naheliegend. Abgreiftool gibt es de facto nicht, vermutlich wurde Abgreiftool früher mal falsch übersetzt/übernommen. Auftraggeber sollte darauf aufmerksam gemacht werden. Sollst halten sie das noch für richtig, weil sie sich daran gewöhnt haben ;-)
