Forderungspapier

Auch Gläubigerpapier genannt. Ein Wertpapier, das eine Forderung des Inhabers gegenüber dem Emittenten verbrieft, wie z.B. Anleihen, Pfand- und Kommunalbriefe.

Explanation:
Forderungspapiere are debt securities but I'd also use debt securities for Gläubigerpapiere, same same. I'd be a bit careful to use fixed-interest securities for Gläubigerpapiere unless you are sure.

agree  JeffFish (X): 100% correct - same term for both (you do say they're synonyms), and not necessarily fixed-interest. Could also be indexed or otherwise float
